Scooter

Too much innocence in a guilty world.

I had a scooter stolen today. A thief biked and stole it.

I thought how incredibly apathetic someone must be to take a scooter (with a helmet) from someone else. Would they not think of how the owner would react? How do people just take things so thoughtlessly: to just see it and snatch it?

I’ve realized how innocent I am, or how guilty the world is. How can a teenager, a 16‑year‑old, be so damned from leaving a scooter, parked and off, in a bike rack? It is absolutely dumbfounding that us humans have to lock everything up, and hide everything away, away from ourselves.

They are not birds of our feather. They are some mimicking parasites.
